HAPPENING NOW | The CHED Regional Office I-UniFAST through the leadership of Dr. Cherrie Melanie Ancheta-Diego, in partnership with the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), is conducting an orientation and guided online application for the opening of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) accounts for 9,208 Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program grantees of the University of Eastern Pangasinan at the Ramon Guico Sr. Civic Center, Binalonan, and Urdaneta City University, Urdaneta City, both in the Province of Pangasinan on April 6, 2026.

Representing CHED ROI are Dr. Danilo B. Bose, Chief Education Program Specialist; Ms. Catherine Chan, Education Supervisor II; and the UniFAST Regional Coordinators. Meanwhile, representing LBP are Mr. Florendo Manarpaac, Manager of the Urdaneta Branch; Ms. Magnolia Laviste, Manager of the Binalonan Branch; and Ms. Roanna Jamaica Pagaduan, Marketing Assistant of the Urdaneta Branch.

This partnership is part of CHED’s continuous effort to streamline the disbursement of financial assistance and to ensure that every grantee receives timely, secure, and efficient access to their benefits.
