HAPPENING NOW | CHED Regional Office I, in partnership with Landbank of the Philippines, conducts Orientation and Guided Online Application for the opening of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) accounts in the Province of Ilocos Sur on May 12, 2026.

Participating Higher Education Institutions include all campuses of Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College, Nicosat Colleges, Inc., and St. Mary’s College, with a total of 854 Tulong-Dunong Program and Tertiary Education Subsidy grantees.
