𝟭𝟮 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭 𝗿𝗲-𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗧𝗘𝗘𝗔𝗣

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) has officially re-certified twelve (12) academic programs in Region I under the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP), reaffirming the region’s commitment to providing accessible, flexible, and quality higher education opportunities for Filipino learners.

The results were released by the CHED Office of Programs and Standards Development (OPSD) by virtue of the Commission en Banc (CEB) Resolution dated June 1, 2026.

Among the institutions with re-certified ETEEAP programs are Northwestern University, University of Northern Philippines, and Mariano Marcos State University.

Through ETEEAP, qualified individuals are provided opportunities to earn academic credentials and advance their professional growth while contributing to lifelong learning and workforce development.
