The CHED Technical Panel for Open Distance and e-Learning (ODeL) visits Saint Louis College of San Fernando, La Union to evaluate the institution’s application to offer graduate programs through Open Distance and e-Learning (ODeL) pursuant to CHED Memorandum Order No. 12, series of 2025, July 30, 2026.

The evaluation covers the institution’s readiness to offer the following programs through ODeL:

Master of Arts in Education
Doctor of Education
Master in Business Administration
Master in Public Administration
Master in Library and Information Science
Doctor of Philosophy in Management
