The Commission on Higher Education Regional Office I (CHED RO I) participates in the OWWA Region I Serbisyo Caravan being held today at the San Juan Multi-Purpose Gym, San Juan, La Union, July 16, 2026.

The caravan brings together various national government agencies to deliver accessible and responsive public services to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), their families, and members of the local community.

Through this initiative, CHED RO I continues to strengthen its commitment to expanding access to quality higher education by providing information on its programs, policies, scholarship opportunities, and lifelong learning initiatives.
