The Commission on Higher Education Regional Office I (CHED ROI) participated in the Second Meeting of the Provincial Incentive Committee (PIC) held on July 23, 2026, at the Agkaysa Talk Show Room, Provincial Capitol Building, City of San Fernando, La Union.

As a member of the PIC, CHED ROI joined key stakeholders in discussing policy and governance matters, including the proposed amendment to Executive Order No. 3, s. 2026 and the endorsement of Draft Resolution No. 04, s. 2026, which recommends the list of incentive applicants for the First Semester of 2026.

Through its continued engagement in provincial initiatives, CHED ROI strengthens its commitment to fostering collaboration, supporting inclusive development, and advancing higher education as a key driver of regional growth.
