The Commission on Higher Education – Regional Office 1 (CHED ROI) participated in the final evaluation of Mr. John Philip S. Parmisano, a candidate for the degree Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA), under the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) held on July 23, 2026 at the School of Advanced Studies Defense Room, Saint Louis College (SLC), San Fernando City, La Union.

The participation of Mr. Gio Albert A. Cruz and Ms. Joy Ann L. Gurtiza, Education Supervisors II, reflected CHEDโ€™s role in ensuring that ETEEAP processes are implemented with compliance, transparency and alignment with required standards.

The panel of assessors included Dr. Caroline G. Pajimola, Dean of College of Business and Accountancy and ETEEAP Coordinator, Ms. Esther F. Cabello, BSOA Program Head, Ms. Gemma A. Magpantay BSOA Faculty Member, and Mr. Dan Dreb G. Flores, SM La Union Store Manager.

Together, the panel evaluated the candidateโ€™s mastery of Office Administration competencies, application of professional experience, presentation of supplementary learning, and performance in critical thinking and problem-solving.

They likewise assessed Mr. Parmisanoโ€™s professionalism and communication skills during the evaluation proceedings.

Based on the assessment, the evaluators recommended PASS for Mr. Parmisano for the BSOA program under the ETEEAP pathway.

The supervisors also commended SLC for adhering to the required ETEEAP protocols and for continuing to support accessible degree completion opportunities for working professionals through recognition of prior learning.
