CHED ROI administrative personnel participated in the two-day “Writeshop on the Enhanced CAV Policies and Guidelines and Training on the Implementation of New Features and System Enhancements of the CHED eCAV Web Application System” held from July 15 to 16, 2026, at the CHED Auditorium in Diliman, Quezon City.

The delegation consisted of Dr. Ricky A. Cera, Supervising Administrative Officer; Ms. Dianne Joyce B. Montemayor-Rivera, Administrative Officer III; and Mr. Sheldonne S. Rosario, Administrative Aide IV.

The writeshop/training focused on updating processes for Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CAV) services, its system and enhancing the guidelines.

The first day covered the presentation of current operational issues, a review of the draft memorandum, and practical workshops on revised implementation mechanics.

Thesecond day transitioned to a technical walkthrough of the new web application system enhancements, hands-on user simulations, and discussions regarding the upcoming implementation of a verification Quota System.

This participation equips the team with the technical updates needed to implement more efficient, modernized, and secure academic document authentication frameworks.
