𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃 𝐑𝐎𝐈’𝐬 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐋.𝐄.𝐀.𝐏 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦

Five administrative personnel participated in the Lifelong Learning Education for Administrative Personnel (L.E.A.P) program for Effective and Efficient Public Service, held from June 8 to 9, 2026, at the CHED Central Office Auditorium, C.P. Garcia Ave., UP Diliman, Quezon City.

The attendees included Mrs. Nympha N. Buenio (Chief Administrative Officer), Dr. Ricky A. Cera (Supervising Administrative Officer), Ms. Janelle Ann D. Petacio (Accountant III), Ms. Dianne Joyce M. Rivera (Administrative Officer III), and Mr. Alfredo S. Pascual (Administrative Aide VI).

The two-day seminar aimed to equip participants with continuous learning opportunities to drive more effective and efficient public service.

The program kicked off with comprehensive discussions and presentations focused on core government performance management frameworks, specifically the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR), Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR), and Division Performance Commitment and Review (DPCR).

The second day featured a learning session focused on Agency Action Plan and Status of Implementation (AAPSI) Compliance. This session was facilitated by Ms. Babylyne Hernandez, Project Technical Staff III of the AFMS-AD.

The event was also joined by Commissioner Dr. Myrna Q. Mallari, who is assigned to oversee the internal systems and financial governance of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
